Innovative technology for fruits’ desiccation through natural osmosis

Osmosis is the procedure of the natural fruits’ dehydration by which the thermal process is avoided and their initial structure is not disrupted keeping, thus, intact the valuable ingredients of the fruits.

The natural osmosis in comparison with the conventional method prolongs the time limit of the products up to 18 months making them as the most good working ones for the Food Industry.
